About Helping Her Foundation
Helping Her Foundation (HHF) is a Trinbagonian NGO dedicated to addressing period poverty by redistributing feminine sanitary products to women and girls in need. Founded in 2015 by Samantha Duncan, HHF has grown to include a team of passionate individuals committed to making a difference. The Foundation supports around 900 individuals and eight shelters annually, aiming to expand its reach within Trinidad and Tobago and beyond.
HHF's mission is to provide sanitary products sustainably, striving to eliminate the stigma surrounding menstruation. The organization believes that access to these essential products should be a right, not a privilege.
