Their services extend not only to those in Ukraine and temporarily occupied territories but also to Ukrainians forcibly taken to Russia due to the conflict.

Here's how it works: when someone in need reaches out through their Telegram bot, operators provide relevant information from their constantly updated database and mapping service. In complex cases requiring financial assistance, specialized groups cater to individual needs such as medical and humanitarian aid, regional support, expense coverage, and support for women, among others. Information is verified through fact-checkers who make direct calls to relevant facilities.

Once verified, the information is shared with those who need assistance. By making a donation, supporters can help cover evacuation costs and support the team's work. Helping to Leave also welcomes volunteers and partners to join their international team.

Since February 24th, when Russia initiated the full-scale war against Ukraine, Helping to Leave has been working tirelessly. Their multinational team consists of experienced activists, media professionals, and artists who have established a wide volunteer network and necessary technical infrastructure to manage information flow. Currently, over 350 volunteers are assisting approximately 1000 people daily.
