Helppotaksi

Helppotaksi, operated by Laatutaksi Jokinen Oy, provides taxi and special transport services in Tampere and the surrounding Pirkanmaa region. The locally run company offers standard passenger taxis, larger vehicles for groups, and accessible taxis, including wheelchair transport and assistance. Customers can request a ride by phone, through the website’s fare estimate and booking service, or using the app. Advance bookings are also available, and the company lists services related to Kela and social and healthcare transport.

The booking service lets passengers provide their pickup and destination, choose a vehicle type, and note needs such as wheelchair access or a child seat. If no vehicle is available immediately, bookings can be made in advance. Payment can be made beforehand or after the ride, by card, cash, or MobilePay. Helppotaksi describes its service as local and reliable, with familiar local drivers. Laatutaksi Jokinen Oy has been awarded the Avainlippu mark, recognizing Finnish work and services produced in Finland. Customers can contact the company by phone, email, or WhatsApp.
