Helsingin Jäätelötehdas, located in Helsinki, is the oldest operating ice cream manufacturer in Finland. With over 100 years of experience, we have been proudly producing Finland's best ice cream since 1922. Our traditional recipe, combined with Italian expertise and Finnish determination, creates a delightful range of flavors that bring joy and cherished memories to all who indulge.

Using predominantly domestic ingredients, up to 98% of our ice cream is made from locally sourced produce, earning us the prestigious Avainlippu label. While we may not be able to grow coconut palms or lemon trees in Finland, we prioritize using natural and locally produced ingredients. Our ice cream colors are even achieved through the inclusion of ingredients such as beetroot.
