Hemas Outreach Foundation (HOF) is a dedicated trust committed to creating an inclusive world where every child thrives, especially those facing disadvantages in Sri Lanka. With a focus on enriching the lives of underprivileged children, HOF has positively impacted over 70,000 children and families through high-quality preschool education and therapeutic interventions for differently-abled youth.

Founded in 2002, HOF has launched various initiatives, including the Piyawara project and the establishment of model preschools and community centers in underserved areas. The foundation collaborates with key public sector entities, like the Ministry of Women & Child Affairs, to ensure the sustainability of its efforts. Funded by Hemas Holdings PLC and international partners, HOF aims to reach over two million children each year with world-class early childhood care and stigma reduction campaigns. With a strong governance structure led by an esteemed board of trustees, HOF continues to champion child welfare and advocate for brighter futures for Sri Lanka's most vulnerable populations.
