HeMed is a UK-based, clinician-led weight management service for men, focused on building care around individual health data and providing support throughout treatment. Part of the SheMed Group, which reports supporting more than 100,000 people across the UK, HeMed aims to make ongoing care accessible before weight-related health concerns become more serious.

The service begins with online eligibility questions and an included needle-free blood test taken at home. The test measures ten markers linked to cardiovascular, liver, blood sugar and thyroid health. A registered clinician reviews the results and medical history before deciding whether treatment is suitable and confirming a personalised plan. Approved treatment is delivered discreetly, with delivery included.

Members can use the HeMed app to place orders, track progress and complete weekly check-ins. Registered clinicians remain available to review care and help with questions or side effects, supported by a side-effect care package and helpful content. Included retests every six months help members and clinicians monitor changes and adjust the plan.
