Henry Clay Events is a historic event venue in downtown Louisville, Kentucky, bringing together 1920s architectural character and modern celebration spaces. Established in 1924, the Henry Clay building is a former Elks Lodge and a National Register of Historic Places site. Alongside it, The Gramercy at 620 South Third Street offers additional distinctive event settings.

The venues accommodate weddings, ceremonies, receptions, corporate galas, and other gatherings, with spaces suited to both intimate occasions and larger celebrations. Options include the Grand Ballroom, featuring 27-foot ceilings and original chandeliers; the Beaux Arts Ballroom, with stained-glass windows and detailed woodwork; and The Gramercy, with a vaulted ceiling and crystal chandeliers. Supporting spaces include lounges, a courtyard, the South Room, Billiards Room, and Tavern Room.

Henry Clay Events offers venue rentals by floor or combined floors, as well as dedicated rentals at The Gramercy. Standard rentals include event time, setup and breakdown periods, tables, chairs, basic linens, equipment setup, and custom floor plans. An all-day access upgrade is also available.
