Henry J Lyons is a renowned architecture and interiors brand that has collaborated with Riot Games Inc, a prominent video game developer, publisher, and esports tournament organizer. Riot Games engaged Henry J Lyons to transform a 50,000 sqft former nightclub in Dublin, Ireland into a cutting-edge remote broadcast center as part of their global esports project, known as Project Stryker. In just six months, Henry J Lyons stripped out the existing fit-out and replaced it with a design that caters to the specific technical requirements of Project Stryker.

The design showcases adaptive reuse principles to reduce carbon footprint and minimize construction time. The result is a building that pays homage to its past, featuring a retained concrete shell and repurposed atrium, while providing the necessary technical, collaborative, and social spaces for Stryker's future vision. The remote broadcast center includes a three-story atrium, tiered seating, insert stages, production control rooms, meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, and more.

This state-of-the-art facility is the first of three Riot remote broadcast centers capable of creating, managing, and broadcasting esports content from around the world in real-time. Henry J Lyons is also working with Riot Games to develop a Project Stryker building in Seattle, utilizing the principles of adaptive reuse.
