Heracles ry is a martial arts and self-defence club founded in 1998 and based in Riihimäki, Finland. The association offers regular training and beginner courses for people interested in combat sports, practical self-defence and fitness. Its disciplines include Brazilian jiu-jitsu (BJJ), submission wrestling and Krav Maga-based self-defence, alongside functional training and strength activities such as kettlebell training.

The club also provides BJJ and NoGi sessions, sparring and junior training. For younger participants, its programme includes Nallepaini, a playful wrestling activity, and the site also lists Muksujujutsu. Heracles ry runs introductory courses in its various disciplines and organises short courses focused on self-defence and safety.

Training is held at the Kamppailukeskus on Teollisuuskatu in Riihimäki, with a weekly schedule covering classes for different groups and experience levels.
