Herfo ble stiftet i 2005 av Folke Hermansen. Idag eies selskapet av Yuhong Hermansen som også er styreleder. Selskapet er et familieeid investeringsselskap ("Family office") som er lokalisert og har sin forretningsadresse i Stavanger sentrum. Capital er våre finansielle plasseringer, Eiendom representerer våre eiendomsinvesteringer, og Venture er vårt engasjement i innovative vekst- og teknologiselskaper. Vi er nysgjerrige, målrettede og en kompetent og pålitelig medspiller. Våre forretningsområder er finansielle plasseringer, eierinteresser i interne og eksterne selskaper, samt direkte eiendomsinvesteringer.
