Heritage Hen Farm is a unique and passionate brand that is dedicated to sustainable agriculture and ethical farming practices. Their story began in 2006 when they had their final disappointing store-bought egg and decided to bring two French Hens to their backyard. This small endeavor grew into a flock of twenty-four and inspired them to leave their urban backyard for a 15-acre farm in Boynton Beach.
Over the years, their heritage starter flock grew to over 350 chickens, including 15 different endangered and conservancy breeds. They also added geese, turkeys, ducks, quail, guineafowl, and even a herd of goats. The farm not only provides pasture-raised eggs but also offers an array of other products such as pastured raw dairy, microgreens, and probiotic elixirs.
With a deep commitment to sustainability, Heritage Hen Farm has focused on regenerative farming practices and sourcing the best organic raw feed for their animals. They even make their own raw milk cheeses and kefir, and ferment various foods using air bio spora. Though they no longer host farm tours and events, you can still enjoy their provisions through local deliveries or contactless curbside pick-up.
Marty and Svetlana, the passionate and hardworking individuals behind the brand, have built a community around their farm, sharing their knowledge and advocating for sustainable agriculture. Join them on their mission to promote ethical farming practices and cultivate food independence. Shop their exceptional products and support their vision for a sustainable future
