Heritage Horse Show

Heritage Horse Show is a family-friendly equestrian competition brand based in Broward County, Florida. Established in 2002 by Butch Medlin with the support of his daughters, Lauren and Shannon, it grew from a need for a new hunter/jumper circuit in the local tri-county area. After beginning at Tropical Park in Miami, the show found its permanent home at Plantation Equestrian Center in Plantation.

The organization presents hunter/jumper circuit competitions, dressage shows, and summer shows, with divisions for riders of different ages and skill levels. Its events combine organized, quality competition with a welcoming atmosphere for trainers, riders, parents, and staff. Heritage reports that alumni have advanced to top national levels and Grand Prix competition, and its hunter/jumper events are popular enough that stalls often sell out weeks in advance.

Community is central to the experience, including an annual awards banquet that brings participants together to celebrate the season. Operated by Heritage Equestrian Productions, LLC, Heritage Horse Show serves the regional riding community through competitions and seasonal events.
