Hermitage Veterinary Hospital, located in Hermitage, PA, was a trusted and dedicated animal hospital that proudly served the community for 36 years. Unfortunately, as of July 1, 2023, the hospital has permanently closed its doors. While this is a sad moment for both the staff and the pet owners who relied on their expertise, the hospital wants to express their gratitude for the opportunity to care for beloved pets and create heartwarming memories over the years.

For those who need to obtain their pet's medical records or require recommendations for veterinary care, the hospital has made arrangements with Greenville Veterinary Clinic in Greenville, Pennsylvania. They will gladly assist you and continue the quality care your pets deserve. To obtain a copy of your pet's records, simply email greenvillevc-pa@yourvetdoc.
