Hernán Leal is a Chilean commercial engineer, entrepreneur, high-level athlete, and motivational speaker. Despite facing several physical disabilities, including a rotator cuff injury, paralysis in a vocal cord, and attention deficit disorder, Hernán has achieved great success in various areas of his life. He has developed a practical 3-step model to define and then reach dreams and goals.

Currently, he is preparing to become a race car driver, publishing his second book focused on love and relationships, and is dedicated to positively transforming the lives of adults, children, and corporations through his conferences.
