About DOMAINE DE HERREBOUC
Domaine de Herrebouc is an independent winery located in the heart of Gers and South-West France. With a vineyard spanning 18 hectares, the estate is certified in both organic and biodynamic farming practices. The vineyard, consisting of 10 grape varieties, was restructured between 2000 and 2006 and includes a significant portion of old vines.
By practicing biodynamic agriculture, Domaine de Herrebouc prioritizes soil fertility and the flourishing of the plants, ensuring the production of the highest quality grapes with minimal environmental impact. The winemaking process involves using indigenous yeasts and minimal additives, allowing the expression of the terroir to shine through in their range of red, rosé, and dry, sweet, and mellow white wines. Certified organic since 2010 and Demeter since 2020, their wines are divided into three categories: Essentielles, Singuilières, and Esprit de Herrebouc.
