HER

HER|Tech is an inclusive business incubator run by Diversify through its HerSpace initiative. The six-month program supports women- and non-binary-led companies, particularly those with Norwegian, minority or international backgrounds, to develop impact-driven, technology-enabled businesses. It is sector-neutral and welcomes all genders, provided a woman or non-binary person is part of the company’s leadership. Participants join a six-month incubation program in Oslo, followed by six months of professional mentorship and business guidance to help them grow and scale.

HER|Tech offers comprehensive business training, subject-matter expertise, co-working space, networking and access to a founder community, alongside insights, skills, resources and technology. The program also provides an introduction to Web3 through a bespoke learning platform developed with ITMV, with practical learning on emerging technologies, risk assessment and changing markets. Participants may also benefit from co-founding team support, long-term partnership and potential investment opportunities. HER|Tech encourages applications from people of all backgrounds, with particular encouragement for minority and LGBTQIA+ communities, and welcomes partners, facilitators and mentors.
