Herzensdoula

Herzensdoula Stephi is the doula practice of Stephi Herzel-Werner, serving families in Helmstedt and the surrounding area. She offers personal, heart-centred support throughout pregnancy, birth and the postpartum period, with care focused on each client’s wellbeing, needs and birth preferences. Support can include an introductory meeting, pregnancy visits, comfort massages, information and birth planning, as well as opportunities to talk through experiences and borrow books.

During labour, Stephi provides emotional support and can optionally take photographs; after the birth, she offers postpartum visits, conversation and massages, along with a written birth account and optional photos. Her additional services include HypnoBirthing courses, Mother Blessing ceremonies and placenta-related services, including placenta art and capsules when requested. The website also provides information about her service packages, current dates and network partners.

Stephi’s approach combines practical preparation with reassuring, individual companionship, helping expectant parents feel supported and empowered as they prepare for birth and adjust to life afterwards
