Hesed Hesed is a social organization known as "Health and Social Development Foundation" that is dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty and guiding vulnerable groups towards positive development. What sets us apart is our successful Integrated Development Model (IDM) for the Roma community. In the short term, our model prepares young people for successful integration into the labor market. In the long term, it ensures early childhood development so that children can receive a quality education and thrive in society.

Our team consists of a diverse group of professionals, including psychologists, social workers, educators, doctors, and members of the Roma community. Together, we work towards improving educational achievements and providing social support for children and their families. Through our programs and services, we have seen that children participating in our programs improve their educational outcomes five times more than those in the wider community who do not have access to early childhood education and development programs.

We have established several MIR (Integrated Development Model) centers in isolated Roma communities, providing direct access to our development programs. Our current efforts have positively impacted the lives of hundreds of individuals, but we aim to expand even further. We need more centers to accommodate the thousands of candidates seeking our services.
