Hesleyside Huts

Hesleyside Huts is a luxury glamping retreat on the 4,000-acre Hesleyside Estate in Northumberland National Park. Set among the Capability Brown-designed gardens of Hesleyside Hall, the estate has been home to the Charlton family for more than 750 years. The retreat offers a distinctive way to enjoy the surrounding countryside, with opportunities for walking, cycling and fishing, as well as time to relax and experience the area’s natural beauty.

Guests can choose from seven individually designed stays: shepherd’s huts, cabins, a roulotte, a treehouse and a woodland watchtower. Options include Heather and Bracken, both cosy huts for two, and larger or more unusual retreats such as Bramble, Rowan, Skylark and Raven. Depending on the accommodation, features include king-size beds, en-suite showers, wood-burning stoves, outdoor or copper baths, verandahs and decks. Some stays also offer bunk rooms or star-gazing extras.
