Hesteleg

Hesteleg is a horse training and behaviour service founded by Bettina Mørch, focused on helping horses and their owners communicate with greater understanding, calm and confidence. Its work centres on trailer loading, supporting owners who find it difficult to get their horses safely and willingly into a horse trailer. Bettina also offers riding instruction, courses in horse behaviour, training guidance, demonstrations and talks about trailer loading and equine behaviour.

Hesteleg’s approach aims to help owners understand how their individual horse learns, including the role of body language and mental communication. The goal is to build trust and practical skills so that handling and loading become less stressful for both horse and person. Training is informed by respect, calmness and clear guidance, and may address challenges beyond the trailer, including problems encountered on rides. The website also features weekend courses, training exercises, advice and customer testimonials describing progress with difficult-to-load horses. Hesteleg is scheduled to close its activities from 1 August 2026.
