Hesten Først is a horse-welfare business founded by Sofie Manubia Neumann, offering hoof trimming, equine therapy and behavioural training. Its approach centres on putting the horse first and providing individually tailored support that respects each animal’s nature, circumstances and potential. The goal is to help horses feel understood, balanced and healthy, while supporting their wellbeing and performance over the long term.

Services include hoof care, horse training and therapy, with solutions shaped around the needs of each horse. Hesten Først aims to make the experience positive for both horse and owner and to help horses thrive in their relationships with people. Sofie brings lifelong practical experience with horses, having begun her journey with them at the age of five. She describes her work as a continuing process of learning from horses with different personalities and backgrounds. Through her services and shared information and tips, Hesten Først seeks to guide owners in supporting their horses’ quality of life, from hoof care to overall wellbeing.
