Hestia is a Parisian gastronomic restaurant with two addresses: Hestia Notre-Dame, at 8 rue de la Huchette in the 5th arrondissement, and Hestia Étoile, at 10 Avenue Mac-Mahon in the 17th. Inspired by the Greek goddess of the hearth, the brand brings French cuisine together with warm, contemporary hospitality, aiming to make each meal feel welcoming and shared.

Chef Loïc Dantec leads the kitchen, drawing on experience at Parisian gastronomic restaurants including L’Espadon at the Ritz, Epicure, and Le 114 at the Bristol. He and his team create an evolving menu that pays tribute to artisans and focuses on quality products. Hestia also offers a carefully selected wine cellar, featuring French and European bottles, from established estates to lesser-known winemakers. Wines are chosen for their character and suitability for food, with service designed to complement the pace of the meal.
