Festival Hestiv'Òc

Hestiv’Òc is a free summer festival in Pau, Béarn, celebrating the cultures of southern France and neighboring regions, including Occitania, the Basque Country, the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean. For more than 20 years, it has brought artists, residents and visitors together in the heart of the city for a lively program of concerts, street performances, dance, activities and cultural discoveries. Designed to be popular, family-friendly and accessible to all, the festival offers opportunities to enjoy local traditions while supporting artistic creation and cultural transmission.

Alongside performances, Hestiv’Òc features a gourmet village, welcoming applications from local producers, restaurants and food trucks, and highlights regional products and expertise. The festival also provides practical visitor information, including guidance on transport, parking, accessibility, accommodation and schedules. Its wider commitments include promoting artists from the South, supporting the local economy and encouraging environmentally responsible events. Businesses can explore partnership opportunities, while volunteers are invited to help bring the festival to life. The 2027 edition is scheduled for August 19–22.
