Hest & Healing

Hest & Healing is the animal therapy and healing practice of Anaislinda Elveskov, a manual equine therapist and shamanic healer based in Dianalund, Denmark. She provides treatments at the animal’s usual stable or home, aiming to create a calm, familiar setting and using gentle techniques. Services for horses include craniosacral therapy, Functional Indirect Technique (FIT), equine massage, and physical and emotional healing.

The therapies are intended to help release tension, support balance and relaxation, and address discomfort before it develops into more serious problems. For horses that are uncomfortable with touch or difficult to handle, remote healing is offered. The practice also considers the effects that changes, separation, new surroundings, and training demands may have on an animal’s emotional wellbeing.

Anaislinda began training in Reiki and craniosacral therapy in 2003, added horse massage in 2010, and completed further KST/FIT training and manual equine therapist examinations in 2022 and 2023. She also welcomes other animals, including dogs, cats, and guinea pigs. Her observations are not veterinary diagnoses
