Heta Architects

Heta Architects is a growing architecture studio based in London, with the experience, capability and infrastructure to deliver projects across the UK and internationally. The practice combines creative design with commercial intelligence, aiming to create architecture that performs aesthetically, strategically and financially. Its approach connects purposeful design with measurable impact and long-term value.

The studio works across four main sectors. Its residential projects include homes for sale, coliving, social housing, student accommodation, serviced apartments, build-to-rent developments and branded residences. In the commercial sector, Heta designs offices, mixed-use spaces, cultural and retail venues, hospitality projects, resorts and marinas. Its industrial work covers data centres, battery storage facilities, high-tech manufacturing, research and development centres, facilities and logistics. The practice also provides masterplanning for urban regeneration, mixed-use districts, town centres, strategic land, cultural hubs and infrastructure integration.

Across these areas, Heta focuses on human-centred environments, operational efficiency, flexible spaces and resilient communities. Its stated aim is to align design with outcomes and deliver lasting value for clients and the places its projects serve.
