HEU is an Italian contract management and electronic-signature platform that helps businesses manage agreements from drafting through approval, negotiation, signing, and archiving. Its AI tools can generate contract drafts from plain-language instructions, review Word and PDF files, identify key clauses, obligations, risks, and deadlines, and suggest edits. Teams can organize workspaces by function, assign user roles, and set up sequential or parallel approval workflows with reminders and audit records.

HEU also supports document collaboration, electronic signatures, searchable storage, and tracking of signature status. Its simple and advanced electronic signatures comply with the European eIDAS regulation and are stated to be valid in more than 180 countries. For connecting workflows, the platform offers REST APIs, Zapier integrations, and an MCP server.
