HEvolve Foundation is a Nigerian nonprofit movement focused on men’s mental health and suicide prevention. It works to reduce stigma, strengthen support systems, and create safe spaces where men can seek help, connect with others, and thrive. Rather than relying on a single service, the foundation brings together prevention, crisis intervention, mentorship, peer support, research, and community engagement.
Its free HEvolve Companion provides anonymous mental health support around the clock through SMS, WhatsApp, and the web. The HEvolve Boy Project offers mentorship and resilience programs for young men aged 15–24 in schools and communities, while The Assembly hosts facilitated monthly peer dialogue sessions. The foundation also organizes the annual HE Summit and the 100 Men Table, an International Men’s Day gathering centered on wellness, food, art, and legacy.
Other initiatives include men’s storytelling, workplace mental health programs, and a three-year African research initiative. Through partnerships, events, and digital campaigns, HEvolve Foundation encourages open conversation and helps connect Nigerian men with support.
