HEXJA

HEXJA is a Polish composites company founded in 2010 and based in Oświęcim. It designs and manufactures advanced composite components, primarily for the automotive and motorsport industries, drawing on a team with extensive experience in high-performance vehicle projects. Its work combines product design, engineering, research and development, testing, and production, helping customers move from concept to finished component.

HEXJA supplies aerodynamic body panels, including wings, diffusers, engine covers, and front splitters, as well as structural parts such as safety cells, chassis, pillars, and crash structures. The company also provides composite material laying instructions, machining services, and the design and manufacture of carbon-fibre moulds.

A key innovation is its patented, non-flammable carbon composite, developed using nanotechnology. The material is designed to self-extinguish, produce no smoke, retain its mechanical properties when exposed to fire, and meet the UL 94 V-0 flammability classification. HEXJA uses CATIA software, simulation tools, and modern production equipment, and tests components against specifications and performance requirements before delivery.
