Hey Girls is an award-winning social enterprise dedicated to eradicating period poverty in the UK. Our mission centers on providing access to quality period products while promoting education around menstrual health. With our unique buy-one, donate-one model, we have successfully donated over 42 million period products to individuals in need.

Our product lineup includes biodegradable and recyclable pads, organic cotton tampons, reusable menstrual cups, and period underwear, all designed to be environmentally sustainable and safe for users. Committed to reducing waste, many of our reusable products last between five to ten years. We partner with local authorities, universities, and community organizations to ensure that everyone has access to essential period products, thereby enabling greater social equity.
