HeyGuest AI

HeyGuest is a conversational AI platform built for mid-to-large hospitality operators. It helps businesses manage guest communications around the clock across phone, email, web chat, social messaging and Wi-Fi, bringing multiple channels together in one platform. Its services include AI voice for bookings and frequently asked questions, voice ordering, automated email responses, web chat, social messaging and Wi-Fi communications. The platform is designed to handle high volumes of enquiries in a consistent, professional manner and in each operator’s brand voice, while allowing staff to step in when a human response is needed.

HeyGuest aims to help hospitality teams capture more bookings, reduce missed calls and delayed replies, and ease administrative workloads. Its tools can also support automated upselling to increase revenue per cover. The company positions its technology as a way to assist rather than replace hospitality staff, enabling teams to focus on guest service. HeyGuest offers onboarding intended to get operators running on the platform within weeks, and provides product demonstrations for prospective customers. It is part of iovox.
