The platform also provides access to a nationwide network of licensed clinicians, AI-supported tools, patient support, care coaching, and registered dietitians. Pharmacy and diagnostic services include medication fulfillment and lab testing, including at-home collection kits.

Supported programs include medical weight loss, hormone therapy, sexual health, dermatology, sleep testing, diagnostics, supplements, mental and behavioral health, urgent care, and chronic care management and remote patient monitoring. OpenLoop also offers payer network access, insurance billing, and revenue cycle management.
