Hey You’re Invited™ (HYI) is a community impact company that creates free, high-interest experiences and media to connect people with resources, opportunities and stronger communities. Its approach brings businesses, institutions and communities together to support accessible experiences that people genuinely want to attend. By integrating health, education, financial and community resources into enjoyable events, HYI aims to help individuals and families discover support, build connections and access opportunities in a natural, less stigmatizing way.

A featured initiative is FLAGCITY™, a national flag football experience bringing together athletes, families, coaches, organizations and industry leaders to help shape the future of the sport. HYI also works with corporate and institutional partners, inviting them to invest in free experiences and make their community commitments visible. These partnerships are intended to remove financial barriers to participation while creating value for partners and strengthening relationships with the communities they serve. Based in Baltimore, Maryland, Hey You’re Invited™ aims to build sustainable community infrastructure and create more moments of connection, support and opportunity for everyone.
