HF Environmental helps landowners, nature organisations, developers and infrastructure teams deliver credible, long-term nature recovery across England. Working at the intersection of ecology, regulation, investment and land management, the company helps partners navigate environmental and governance challenges and identify practical routes for projects to proceed while securing lasting benefits for nature.

Its work draws on experience across the land sector, including farming, estate management and the delivery of environmental infrastructure for UK pension funds and investors. The business also grows from a family-run operation with more than 50 years of stewardship on the western Isle of Wight. HF Environmental approaches each project as a system of connected pressures to understand and balance, supporting clients through the complexity involved in restoring and protecting landscapes.

The company is a Defra-designated Responsible Body for conservation covenants under the Environment Act 2021. HF Environmental is the trading name of Harry Ferguson Holdings Limited, registered in England and Wales.
