HFL-MendonBaseball

HFL–Mendon Youth Baseball is a volunteer-run, not-for-profit organization serving children and teens in Honeoye Falls, Lima, Mendon, and nearby communities. It offers baseball opportunities for players from age four through 17, with programs spanning spring house league, travel teams, tournament teams, and fall baseball. These options provide different levels of competition and can keep players active from spring through fall. League-age rules vary by program and division.

The organization is supported by registration fees and other activities, rather than government subsidies. Its volunteer board oversees operations, including the maintenance of a baseball complex with eight fields—seven in Mendon and one in Lima—as well as equipment, uniforms, umpire payments, and tournament play.

HFL–Mendon Youth Baseball also hosts the Mendon Storm Memorial Day Tournament. The 2027 event is scheduled for May 27–30, with a rain date of May 31, at the Mendon Youth Baseball Complex. It features 10U and 12U divisions, pool play followed by single elimination, a four-game guarantee, certified umpires, and awards for champions and runners-up.
