Hiah helps small and medium-sized businesses identify practical opportunities for artificial intelligence, build their teams’ skills and implement solutions suited to their work. Led by founder Jean Castets, a trainer and AI consultant, the company combines training, audits, change management and technical delivery, with an identified expert guiding each engagement.

Its services include tailored AI training using clients’ own business cases and documents; audits that assess processes and prioritize opportunities by function; and the development or deployment of AI agents, workflow automations, business-specific tools and document assistants with retrieval-augmented generation. Hiah also offers Start IA, a three-month support program that combines company discovery, two days of team training, a service-by-service audit and a roadmap covering three, six and twelve months. A free analysis based on a company’s public website helps identify potential use cases.

Hiah states that it has supported 23 companies and trained 5,500 employees. Projects are scoped to the client’s systems, information sources and access requirements.
