Health Initiatives Association (HIA) is a private, not-for-profit organization dedicated to improving healthcare access and providing comprehensive care in Uganda. Established in 2013 as a Local Non-Governmental Organization, HIA has since become a Foreign NGO registered under the number FORR102654319NB. HIA primarily operates in Buikwe District, with its headquarters located at John Paul II Clinic in Lubanyi village.

The organization also runs partnership programs in the districts of Luuka, Ngora, and Mukono. At John Paul II Clinic, HIA offers a wide range of medical services, including preventative measures, as well as programs for orphaned and vulnerable children.
