Hickory Bluff Alpacas

Hickory Bluff Alpacas is a family farm in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee, set among the state’s rolling hills near Nashville. The farm is home to 29 Huacaya alpacas, cared for with daily personal attention, nutrition, and health care. Its approach to breeding focuses on improving the herd, and the alpacas produce quality fleece and healthy young animals. The farm describes its herd as a colorful “band,” reflecting the range of 16 alpaca colors and the lively character of the animals.

Visitors can learn about the alpacas and see them at Hickory Bluff Farms by appointment. The website also invites visitors to explore the herd through photos and information about the farm’s practices. Hickory Bluff’s alpaca store offers handcrafted products made from alpaca fiber, including yarn and garments. With two barns built for alpacas and a focus on animal care and fiber, the farm brings together alpaca raising and locally presented craft products. Its website provides contact details and links to the farm and store’s Facebook pages.
