Health Initiatives for Safety and Stability in Africa (HIFASS) is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) incorporated in October 2007. HIFASS was primarily established as a continued effort of the Nigeria Ministry of Defence Health services to provide strategic manpower needs of the Military health facilities so as to meet the health needs of Military personnel, their families and the population around military health facilities, especially for the control of HIV epidemic and other related diseases.

About HIFASS
Health Initiatives for Safety and Stability in Africa (HIFASS) is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) founded in October 2007 by Chief Dr. Roland Oritsejafor, a former Minister of State for Defence in Nigeria. Initially focused on meeting the health needs of military personnel and their families, HIFASS has expanded its services through partnerships with various organizations.
Currently operating in 17 states, HIFASS offers free HIV care, prevention services, and support to vulnerable populations such as orphans, pregnant women, and caregivers. With a motto of "passion & partnership," HIFASS is dedicated to collaboration and skill-building with partners to enhance public health. Their goal is to improve access to quality healthcare, provide comprehensive interventions, and promote healthier communities.
