Hüffenhardter Carnevalverein e.V. (HCV) is a community carnival association based in Hüffenhardt, known locally as Hiffelde. Founded in 1971, it has around 400 members and is one of the town’s largest clubs. The association brings residents together through year-round entertainment and a varied programme of Fasching celebrations.

Each carnival season, HCV stages two gala sessions with different programmes, along with a women’s carnival event, a senior citizens’ gathering, children’s carnival and a colourful parade through Hüffenhardt. Its activities also include the traditional burning of the carnival figure at the close of the season and other events, such as a Bavarian-themed evening.

The club’s active groups offer opportunities to take part in dance and performance across a range of ages and interests. Its ensembles include youth and adult dance groups, carnival guards, a dance pair, a singing group and the Schnebba-Ballett. Through rehearsals, performances and public events, HCV supports local participation and keeps carnival traditions alive.
