About highdesertgems.com
High Desert Gems is a charming homestead located in Nampa, Idaho, where the family has been rooted since 1940. Specializing in raising ADGA registered Nigerian Dwarf goats, High Desert Gems focuses on producing high-quality show animals while engaging in practices like Linear Appraisal and milk testing. Their goats are meticulously cared for, tested annually for common diseases, and showcased in local 4H and open shows.
In addition to goats, High Desert Gems produces an array of handmade artisan products using their goats’ milk. Their offerings include luxurious goat milk soaps, lotions, and bath bombs, crafted with care to ensure quality. The homestead also raises rabbits primarily for meat, pets, and 4H projects, with Rex rabbits currently on the farm and plans to include Champagne D'Argents.
As part of their commitment to sharing knowledge, High Desert Gems will soon offer Cold Process soap-making classes. Through their dedication to quality and reliability, they invite customers to explore their diverse range of homestead products.
