High Fives Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping people with life-altering injuries return to outdoor activities and active lives. Since its founding in 2009, the foundation has served more than 1,145 athletes, including individuals and veterans, and funded over 2,000 grants. Its programs provide financial assistance for specialized adaptive equipment and rehabilitation resources, helping reduce barriers to recovery and participation.

The foundation supports athletes across a wide range of activities, including adaptive skiing and snowboarding, mountain biking, surfing, fishing, and motorsports. Its programs include the Empowerment Fund, B.A.S.I.C.S., Military to the Mountains, the CR Johnson Healing Center, Return to Dirt, Mental Health, and Access Unlimited. High Fives also offers camps, grants, and experiences for veterans and first responders.

Through donations, events, partnerships, stories, and videos, the organization builds a community around recovery, positivity, and adventure. Its online store sells branded apparel and accessories, with proceeds supporting its work.
