Highlands Elite

Highlands Elite Athletic Training (H.E.A.T.) is a multi-purpose athletic facility designed to help youth, high school, and college athletes train, develop their skills, build friendships, and compete. Its home court, known as “The Rutger,” is a regulation-size basketball court from Rutgers University. The facility also features a strength and agility area, turf rolls for baseball, softball, soccer, and football training, and three batting cages.

Athletes can use the gym for training and team practice, while teams and other groups may rent the space for practices, birthday parties, and corporate events. H.E.A.T. also offers access to a Dr. Dish Rebel shooting machine, which lets basketball players program workouts and track shots made and attempted. Customers can book the machine by the half hour or hour, or purchase a package of ten half-hour sessions. Coach Brown can also customize a shooting workout. Highlands Elite Athletic Training presents its facility and services as resources focused on helping athletes pursue their goals.
