High Sobriety Club is a Munich-based sober coaching service, community, and advocacy platform that promotes alcohol-free living as a positive, contemporary choice. Founded by Monica, an internationally accredited sober coach with a background in corporate marketing, the club supports people who are sober-curious, questioning their relationship with alcohol, or ready to make a change. Its one-to-one coaching is available online worldwide and in person in Munich, in English, German, or Romanian. Clients can begin with a free consultation, with private coaching offered to a limited number of people at a time.

Beyond coaching, High Sobriety Club brings people together through community gatherings, alcohol-free cocktail workshops, and other events in Munich. Its magazine covers alcohol-free living, the science of alcohol, and practical tips for sober life. The club also offers a booklet featuring ten alcohol-free cocktail recipes and useful preparation techniques. Through its coaching, editorial content, and events, High Sobriety Club provides resources and connection for people exploring a life without alcohol.
