Hiland Farms

HiLand Farms is a planned neighborhood in the Lake Chelan area, offering homesites designed around lake views and resort-style living. Its first release, Phase One, introduces a limited selection of homesites and invites buyers to join the development from its early stages. The community is planned to combine residential ownership with opportunities for recreation, relaxation, and local experiences.

Owners will have access to Lake Chelan and, when completed, a community pool and cabana. Plans also include a flexible community event space and an on-site tasting room operated by Gärd Vintners, where visitors can enjoy locally crafted wines. HiLand Farms also highlights the option to rent a home as a vacation rental, with on-site management available to handle the process. This offering is intended to give owners a way to make their property available to guests while management supports the rental arrangements.

The project is unfolding in phases, with updates and invitations available to people who sign up.
