VitalCare UG is a health services provider focused on prevention, first aid and practical support before and after medical care. Its approach is intended to be clear, compassionate and useful in everyday life, helping individuals and families prepare for emergencies and make informed decisions without technical jargon or unrealistic promises.

VitalCare offers first-aid courses for adults, children, families, community groups and businesses. Sessions can cover standard first-aid training or be tailored to particular interests and needs. Children’s courses introduce basic emergency response in an age-appropriate way, with the aim of reducing fear and encouraging them to help. Courses are led by nursing professionals with additional first-aid instructor qualifications.

The company also provides preparation packages and a physical emergency folder, along with guidance on documents such as advance directives and powers of attorney. This service helps clients understand, organize and complete paperwork, but is not legal advice or notarization. VitalCare additionally offers temporary home nursing care while clients wait for a regular care service; this area is still being developed.
