Hillside Lilies

Hillside Lilies is a daylily grower and online shop based in Vale, North Carolina, minutes from Hickory and Lincolnton. The business offers more than 300 named daylily varieties, grown in three-gallon grow bags. This format is intended to make the plants easier to transport and plant, without digging them up or handling bare roots. Customers can browse and order through the online shop, then pick up their plants at the Vale garden.

The collection includes featured varieties such as African Chant, So Lovely, and Wings of Angels. Hillside Lilies also shares gardening information through its journal, with articles covering topics such as early bloomers, flower-bloom classifications, and daylily foliage types. These resources help visitors learn about the plants and their growing characteristics. For gift-giving, the shop sells email-delivered gift cards in $25, $50, $75, and $100 amounts. The cards do not expire and can be redeemed at online checkout. Gardeners can also sign up for email updates about news from Hillside Lilies.
