Hilltop House Sober Living For Men

Hilltop House is an LGBTQ-friendly sober living home for men in Los Angeles, offering structured support for people building a foundation for long-term recovery. Its approach combines daily accountability, a supportive community, and routines designed to fit residents’ work, school, family, and outpatient schedules. The property includes two houses, spacious shared bedrooms with two beds and no bunk beds, and communal indoor and outdoor spaces.

Two live-in managers provide around-the-clock oversight and care. Residents complete drug and alcohol testing twice weekly, follow daily checklists and curfews, attend recovery meetings, and participate in school, employment, or intensive outpatient treatment. Hilltop House can connect residents with vetted outpatient programs for substance use and mental health care, including services available through insurance. Support also includes medication oversight, basic groceries, household amenities, and access to sponsors and fellowship.

Amenities include Wi-Fi, central heating and air conditioning, laundry, desk and computer facilities, outdoor seating, and barbecue areas. Monthly rates are generally $2,000, with limited flexibility and scholarship inquiries welcomed.
