HIMABIS PROJECTS

Himabis is a construction and design company serving Ibiza and Formentera, with experience dating back to 1994. It delivers an integrated 360-degree service, bringing architecture, licensing and permits, construction, project management, and interior design together under one direction. Its work includes new builds, renovations, rehabilitations, hotel projects, commercial premises, sports facilities, distinctive structures, and public works. The company serves investors, developers, property owners, private clients, and architecture studios.

Himabis also provides architectural services, from measured plans and technical project development to site supervision, energy certificates, and applications for occupancy certificates. Its interior design work covers homes, hotels, and commercial spaces, combining the character of the islands with contemporary solutions and quality materials. Specialist areas include residential villas, large-scale hotel renovations, and wellness spaces, including relaxation areas and water circuits.

The company manages project feasibility, budgets, administrative procedures, construction, and finishing, with a focus on technical rigor, quality control, and schedule planning. Its stated aim is to coordinate each stage through to handover, helping clients avoid managing multiple providers.
