Hinckley & Bosworth BC

Hinckley Bosworth is a well-established brand that specializes in providing services related to the upkeep and maintenance of the electoral register. With a strong emphasis on accuracy and completeness, Hinckley Bosworth ensures that the electoral register remains up to date. Every year, they conduct an annual canvass, as required by law, in which they contact every property within the borough.

This canvass is meant to verify the information in the electoral register and make any necessary revisions. To make the process more efficient, they now utilize national and local data-matching techniques to identify households where changes in residency may have occurred. During the canvass, individuals will receive communications via email and letter, usually in July and August.

It is important to carefully review these communications and respond if necessary. If the information on the electoral register is deemed accurate, there is no need to respond unless there has been a mistake or change. However, if inaccuracies are found, it is crucial to respond in order to update the records.

By participating in the annual canvass, individuals contribute to maintaining an accurate electoral register, ensuring the integrity of the democratic process
