About Hiperderecho
Hiperderecho is a Peruvian non-profit civil association dedicated to researching, promoting public understanding, and advocating for the respect of rights and freedoms in the digital environment. Our mission is to ensure that the Internet remains a space free from both state and private intrusions on the exercise of rights. We carry out our work through a combination of advocacy, such as policy analysis and legal reform proposals, as well as educational and training activities on digital rights for students, activists, and professionals in Peru.
At Hiperderecho, we understand that technology is redefining how we exercise basic human rights, such as freedom of expression, privacy, access to culture, and public information.
